Products

We specialize in handmade project bags, quilting supplies, printed and digital patterns, and other sewing and stitching accessories. Because many items are handmade, slight variations in fabric placement, color, or construction may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import charges imposed by their country.

Treasure State Quilting is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, patterns, tutorials, and website content are the property of Treasure State Quilting and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Digital patterns are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or resold.

Limitation of Liability

Treasure State Quilting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product ordered.
